The STEM Course Development Manager will lead a team to create exciting and engaging STEM courses for K-12 students. The role includes overseeing course ideas, writing scripts, and managing production and post-production processes to ensure high-quality educational content.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

Team Leadership: Build and manage a team of course creators, scriptwriters, and production staff.


Course Development: Lead the brainstorming and scripting of STEM courses that meet K-12 standards.

 

Production Management: Work with the production team to create courses, ensuring timelines and quality.

 

Post-Production: Ensure editing and final touches enhance the learning experience.

 

Curriculum Design: Collaborate with educators to create a curriculum that is engaging and educational.

 

Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback and update courses to improve learning outcomes.

 

Qualifications:

·        Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or STEM fields.

·        Experience in course creation and managing teams.

·        Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

·        Passion for STEM education and understanding of K-12 students' needs.
