Hiring - Performance Marketing Executive

Role Summary: LMES Academy is an EdTech platform helping students and professionals build real world skills and grow their careers. We focus on practical learning, career guidance, and outcome-driven education. Now we’re looking for a Performance Marketing person who loves numbers, optimization, and scaling campaigns. You will handle our paid ads and tracking systems end-to-end.
What you’ll do:
✅ Run and optimize ads on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google ✅ Plan data-driven campaigns to generate leads and sales ✅ Track conversions using Google Tag Manager, GA4, and pixels ✅ Set up Events, Conversion tracking, and funnels ✅ Analyze campaign performance (CPL / CPR / ROAS) ✅ Use tools like Hotjar or Microsoft Clarity to understand user behavior ✅ Improve landing pages and ad performance based on data ✅ Reduce CPL / CPR through continuous testing and optimization ✅ Share weekly performance reports with clear insights
You should know: • Meta Ads + Google Ads • Google Tag Manager (basic to intermediate) • Events & Conversion tracking • Google Analytics (GA4 preferred) • Funnel analysis • CPL / CPR optimization • Hotjar or Microsoft Clarity (any one is enough) • Reading numbers and taking action from data
Bonus if you know: • A/B testing • Landing page optimization • EdTech or lead-gen campaigns
