Role: STEM Instructor

Experience: Freshers to 5 years

Location: United States (In-person)

Schedule: Evenings and weekends availability required, (Minimum commitment of 2 hours to 5 hours per day)

Eligibility: Job opens to students, housewives and part-time professionals who are U.S. citizens (Preferred).

Note: Must be legally authorized to work in United States.

Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated STEM Instructors to deliver engaging, hands-on STEM education to students in grades 1 through 8. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics, and the ability to inspire young learners through interactive and project-based learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate STEM curricula aligned with educational standards.

• Facilitate interactive lessons that promote critical thinking, problem-solving, and creativity.

• Utilize technology and digital tools to enhance learning experiences.

• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.

• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.

• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school administrators to support student learning.

• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with STEM education trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.

• Teaching certification or relevant teaching experience preferred.

• Experience working with elementary or middle school students.

• Strong knowledge of STEM concepts and their real-world applications.

• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

• Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs.

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Must be legally authorized to work in United States.

• Possess one of the following degrees from an accredited institution:

1. Bachelor of Science in Engineering

2. Bachelor of Engineering Technology

3. Master of Science

4. Master of Engineering

• Strong knowledge of STEM concepts and their real-world applications.

• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

• Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs.

Preferred Candidates:

• Students, housewives, and part-time professionals looking to contribute to education.

• Individuals available during evenings and weekends, with flexibility to teach 2–5 hours per day.

• Freshers with relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply.

• Previous experience with elementary or middle school students is a plus.

• Familiarity with hands-on STEM instruction and project-based learning is advantageous.

• Proficiency in using digital learning platforms and classroom technology.
