Roles and Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging lectures and hands-on training sessions to college students.- Design and implement instructional materials, assignments, and assessments tailored for higher education learners.- Provide guidance and mentorship to students to enhance their technical skills and problem-solving abilities.- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate real-world applications into lessons.- Utilize digital tools such as Zoom, Google Workspace, and other e-learning platforms to enhance learning.- Communicate effectively with students and colleagues in a professional manner.- Maintain lesson plans, coursework, and student progress reports.- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements and Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience in handling college-level students and facilitating interactive learning.
- Proficiency in using Zoom, Google products, and other online teaching tools.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to break down complex electronics concepts into engaging, easy-to-understand lessons.
- Prior experience as a lecturer, instructor, or tutor is an added advantage.
