Job Description

Role Description:

We are looking for a visionary Executive Producer to lead the end-to-end production of high-quality educational content across multiple formats (video series, workshops, YouTube, OTT, etc.). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in STEM and a proven track record in media/content production within EdTech or similar domains.

Role: Executive Producer
Experience: 3+ Years
Language Needed: Either Tamil/English/Telugu / Hindi (English Fluency is Mandatory) Mode of Work: Onsite (Pallavaram)
Responsibilities:

● Oversee the complete content production lifecycle — concept to delivery.

● Lead cross-functional teams (scriptwriters, editors, videographers, animators).

● Manage budgets, timelines, and quality for all productions.

● Collaborate with academic experts to align content with STEM curriculum goals.

● Innovate with storytelling techniques to make STEM topics engaging for K-12 and teen learners.

Qualifications & Skills:

● Bachelor's or Master’s in STEM or Mass Communication with strong STEM exposure.

● Prior experience in EdTech, children’s education content, or STEM-based production.

● Excellent leadership, planning, and team management skills.

● Portfolio of past educational or STEM-related productions is a must.
