Key Responsibilities:- Conduct virtual meetings (via Google Meet) with parents and students to explain course offerings.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable STEM courses.
- Convince potential customers to enroll in the programs through effective communication and rapport-building.
- Maintain follow-ups with interested leads and convert them into successful enrollments.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Update and maintain lead and conversion data in the CRM.
- Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams for better lead quality and product understanding.
